Medors have one other business interest in another company, Medors Biotech P Ltd, New Delhi, India.  Since 2006 this company has focused on research into the biofuel market (biodiesel from non-edible oils, biodiesel from Algee oil, plant tissue culturing under the Government of India programme (Public Private Partnership)). Research has been undertaken with many Government Institution and Universities.  Details of some of the projects follow:

1.  Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) – project looking at a scheme for a small household waste biogas plant

2. Anna University in Chennia- biogas fridge

3. Developed hybrid Jatropha tissue culture plant in Medors biofuel laboratory for high yield production plants.  This project was transferred to the Vice Chancellor of SardarkrushinagarDantiwada Agriculture University, Dantiwada, Gujarat.

4. Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute (MERADO) in Ludhiana – Medors was used as an extension centre of the Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute (CMERI)to undertake research on biogas plant with Jatropha cake and cow manure in 2008

5. Supply of hybrid seed to Defence Research and Development Organisation, Haldwani, UP and the joint programme of further tissue culturing and plantation in Secundrabad defence dairy land for better yield and further research on by-products of Jatropha

6. Technology transfer to M/s. MDLR Green, Mexico for plantation of Jatropha seeds and tissue culturing in 2008

7. Technology partners with Baba Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai (BARC)

8.  Research project for the Department of Biotechnology (DBT)into algae with 22 government research institutions for the conversion of Algee to biodiesel under the PPP scheme

9. National Botanical Research Institute, Lucknow, UP (NBRI) - Joint programme for algae to biodiesel in 2010

10. Bharathidasan University (BDU), Trichy, Tamilnadu, India – project for the algae to biodiesel research agenda
